Paul Yaussy

Paul understands the day-to-day pressures logistics managers are under and brings that unique perspective to his consulting role. He joined Shipware in April 2021 after more than two decades in logistics management. Recognized as a transportation cost-reduction specialist, he managed transportation at JOANN Stores where his team was responsible for $15M in TL/LTL/Intermodal spend and $60M parcel spend annually. In addition, Paul managed JOANN’s transportation RFPs, as well as the parcel RFP for the larger private equity consortium, which saved over $13M per year.

In his time away from work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching softball, and hitting the links as often as possible.
