After proudly serving in the military and going to graduate school to obtain his MBA, Mr. Outman founded and scaled Shipware from a garage-based startup to a thriving organization experiencing phenomenal year over year revenue and employee growth. Shipware has landed on the Inc. 5000 List multiple years in a row and has been recognized as the 16th Fastest Growing Company in San Diego.
Mr. Outman is recognized and respected for his leadership, passion and unwavering commitment towards building high performing teams. After years of experience analyzing carrier pricing programs Trevor has consulted with some the most recognizable brands to reduce their shipping costs 10-30%. He is the author of dozens of transportation related articles, regularly speaks at industry conferences, and a cited source for shipping insights to media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Inc., Forbes. In 2021, Trevor was an honoree for San Diego Business Journal’s CEO of the Year award.
