Matt Bohn

As Direction of Carrier Mix Optimization, Matt’s focus at Shipware is optimizing alternative carrier pricing to help clients save money and optimize efficiency. Since joining Shipware in 2019, Matt has successfully led many shippers to reduce their shipping costs not only with FedEx and UPS, but also with regionals and consolidators.

Prior to his work at Shipware, Matt spent nine years as a Senior Pricing Advisor at FedEx, where he analyzed pricing programs and wrote contracts for some of FedEx’s largest e-commerce and retail shippers. He also managed projects for the FedEx Global Pricing Approval Systems and Strategic Account Executive Inputs. Matt earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
