Josh Taylor

Josh Taylor is the Senior Director of Professional Services at Shipware. Prior to his work at Shipware, Josh spent over 17 years with UPS in Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management Strategy, and Global Product Innovation. Josh combines a background in project management, broad industry knowledge, and specific expertise in small package pricing and services to help Shipware’s clients reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction by optimizing all parts of their supply chain. 

Josh is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, his articles are regularly published in industry outlets, and he has been cited in mainstream publications such as The New York Times and NPR’s Marketplace. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
